What are the income requirements to qualify for an apartment?
To qualify for an apartment at The Links at PGA Parkway, we require an income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community! However, we do have a restricted breed list, including:

Yes, The Links at PGA Parkway requires a $350 pet deposit in addition to a monthly pet fee of $15 per pet.

The security deposit is based on the apartment size:
1 Bedroom: $150 to reserve
2 Bedroom: $250 total - $150 to reserve, with the remaining $100 due at move-in
3 Bedroom: $350 total - $150 to reserve, with the remaining $200 due at move-in

No, utilities are not included in the rent.

What is the lease term for the apartments?
We offer lease terms anywhere from 3 months to 15 months.

What is the process for moving out?
The move-out process involves clearing out your apartment, scheduling a walkthrough with a manager, returning all keys, providing a forwarding address, and ensuring any outstanding balances are paid in full.
